Understanding the Space Challenge
Honestly speaking, 300 sq ft is not much when you need separate MD rooms plus a working area. Many times people try to push too many elements and the office ends up looking crowded and uncomfortable.
So we took a different approach. Instead of adding more, we focused on using the space properly. Every corner had a purpose, nothing was random.
Smart Layout Planning
We designed two small MD rooms in a way that gives privacy but still feels connected to the office. Using glass partitions helped to keep the space open visually, which makes a big difference in small offices.
